WANT TO KNOW MORE?

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES WILL SUIT ME?

All of my classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience - you take the class at your own pace, developing your own practice to suit your needs. Why not try the Summer Camps at Stroud Yoga Space for a fun introduction into the benefits of a daily yoga practice? Or perhaps the weekly classes at Warrior & Wild in Nailsworth are just what you need during term-time...

WHO DO YOU TEACH?

My classes are for all young people between the ages of 11-18. They are for anyone who is curious about what yoga can do for them - you might be stressed about exams, worried about transitioning to secondary school, suffering from anxiety about the future, or you might just want to move your body more - you'll find that you will take exactly what you need from each class.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING AND WEAR?

As we are still in these strange Covid times, you must have your own equipment. A yoga mat is a must - there are some reasonably priced mats available at yoga matters.com. Blocks, blankets and eye pillows are nice extras but not essential. Come in something comfortable - leggings or joggers, and try not to eat for an hour beforehand!

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Diploma and my 100-hour Teen Yoga certificate, both accredited by Yoga Alliance UK. I am currently working towards my 300-hour Yoga Advanced Teacher Training qualification. I am DBS-checked and have trained and worked as a volunteer Youth Mentor.
