When I first came across yoga in my twenties, it was one of those 'wow' moments. It helped me to see and feel things differently and to start making sense of the confusion I felt about the world around me.
I just wished I'd discovered it when I was younger!

That's why, after completing my Yoga Teacher Training 200-hour qualification, I then trained with the Teen Yoga Foundation to qualify as a Teen Yoga specialist. Having experienced the benefits of yoga first-hand, I am passionate about sharing this simple movement and mindfulness practice with young people today. 

Yoga gives us the tools to become happier, healthier, more content individuals who in turn want to create a happier, healthier, more content community around them.

That's why I am in no doubt that yoga has the potential to change lives -
and the sooner people discover the benefits of yoga, the better!
